Your progress stays on your device

Your golfer, level, XP, clubs and settings are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data deletes them.

Online matches

When you play a friend online, the match is relayed through Google Firebase (Realtime Database). For each match we store the match settings (course, holes, format, difficulty), each player's display name and golfer appearance, club levels and swing style, and the details of every shot played. There are no accounts, and no email addresses or other contact details are collected. Anyone with the match code can view that match. Match records exist only to run the game and may be deleted at any time.

Firebase is operated by Google; see Firebase privacy and security. Google may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the service.

Hosting

The game's files are served by its web host, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

Ads

When you play Fairway Legends on a game portal (such as Poki or CrazyGames), the portal may show ads and may use cookies or similar technologies, under the portal's own privacy policy and consent options. The game itself does not show ads or use advertising cookies when played on its own website.

Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Display names are chosen by the player; please don't use your real full name.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
